The Moxa PT-7528-8SSC-16TX-4GSFP-HV-HV is a dual high-voltage input Ethernet switch designed for power substations and industrial networks requiring the highest levels of reliability. With 16 copper Fast Ethernet ports, 8 single-mode SC fibre ports, and 4 Gigabit SFP uplinks, this model supports long-distance fibre transmission and secure network backbones.
Compliant with IEC 61850-3 and IEEE 1613, the PT-7528 withstands extreme EMI and electrical noise. Noise Guard technology ensures zero packet loss even under harsh conditions, while the built-in MMS server provides IEC 61850-90-4 SCADA compatibility, streamlining integration into power automation systems.
The switch supports advanced redundancy protocols, including Turbo Ring and Turbo Chain with <20 ms recovery, as well as STP, RSTP, and MSTP. Fibre Check continuously monitors optical link performance, giving engineers insight into fibre health to reduce downtime. VLAN segmentation, QoS prioritisation, and IGMP snooping ensure stable traffic flows across critical networks.
Security features include IEEE 802.1X, TACACS+, RADIUS, SSH, and HTTPS, protecting against unauthorised access. Network operators benefit from monitoring tools such as SNMPv3, RMON, and Syslog for centralised management.
With dual 110/220 VDC/VAC inputs, the PT-7528-8SSC-16TX-4GSFP-HV-HV ensures continuous operation even in power-critical environments. Rated for -40 to 85°C, it is ideally suited for substations, transportation hubs, and energy automation where fibre-rich networking and uncompromising reliability are essential.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
