The Moxa PT-7528-24TX-WV-WV is a dual-DC powered managed Ethernet switch designed for IEC 61850-3 compliant power substation and automation networks. It provides 24 Fast Ethernet copper ports and 4 Gigabit SFP uplinks, delivering reliable high-bandwidth connectivity for mission-critical infrastructure. Its dual 24/48 VDC redundant power inputs ensure operational continuity in the event of supply failure, increasing reliability for demanding industrial sites.
The switch is engineered with Moxa’s Noise Guard technology, which ensures zero packet loss under high electromagnetic interference, a critical requirement in power substations and heavy industrial environments. Its built-in MMS server based on IEC 61850-90-4 simplifies SCADA integration and enhances interoperability with protection relays and IEDs.
Advanced redundancy is achieved with Turbo Ring, Turbo Chain, STP/RSTP, and MSTP, offering network recovery in less than 20 ms. Security features include IEEE 802.1X, TACACS+, RADIUS, HTTPS, and SSH for robust access control. Fibre Check provides fibre monitoring and diagnostics, ensuring early detection of faults, while VLAN, QoS, and bandwidth management maintain network performance and traffic prioritisation.
Operating across a wide temperature range of -40 to 85°C, the PT-7528-24TX-WV-WV is suitable for outdoor and substation environments exposed to harsh climates. RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
