The Moxa PT-7528-12MSC-12TX-4GSFP-HV-HV is a dual high-voltage input Ethernet switch designed for IEC 61850-3 substation and heavy industrial networks. It delivers 12 Fast Ethernet copper ports, 12 Fast Ethernet multi-mode SC fibre ports, and 4 Gigabit SFP uplinks, ensuring a scalable and flexible backbone architecture. Dual 110/220 VDC/VAC inputs offer complete power redundancy, reducing downtime risks in critical operations.
This model incorporates Noise Guard technology, providing wire-speed switching with zero packet loss in the face of high electromagnetic interference. A built-in MMS server, based on IEC 61850-90-4, enables seamless SCADA integration, enhancing interoperability with intelligent electronic devices (IEDs).
Redundancy technologies such as Turbo Ring and Turbo Chain provide recovery in under 20 ms, alongside standards-based STP, RSTP, and MSTP for maximum reliability. Fibre Check tools support continuous fibre link health monitoring, enabling operators to resolve faults proactively. Traffic optimisation features include VLAN segmentation, quality of service prioritisation, IGMP snooping, and port trunking.
With robust security protocols—TACACS+, RADIUS, SSH, HTTPS, and IEEE 802.1X—the PT-7528-12MSC-12TX-4GSFP-HV-HV ensures strong protection against unauthorised access. Its wide operating range of -40 to 85°C and IEC 61850-3/IEEE 1613 compliance make it ideal for substations, transport signalling, and energy distribution.

In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
