The Moxa PT-7528-12MSC-12TX-4GSFP-HV is a high-voltage managed Ethernet switch engineered for IEC 61850-3 power substations and mission-critical systems. With 12 copper Fast Ethernet ports, 12 multi-mode SC fibre ports, and 4 Gigabit SFP uplinks, it delivers a flexible backbone for substation and industrial automation networks. Its 110/220 VDC/VAC power input makes it well-suited to environments where high-voltage operation is standard.
The switch features Noise Guard technology, delivering zero packet loss at wire speed under heavy EMI conditions. Its integrated MMS server simplifies substation SCADA integration, complying with IEC 61850-90-4. Network uptime is further reinforced with redundancy technologies, including Turbo Ring, Turbo Chain, STP, RSTP, and MSTP, delivering rapid failover times of less than 20 ms.
Cybersecurity is built in, with TACACS+, RADIUS, SSH, HTTPS, and IEEE 802.1X ensuring strong access control. Fibre Check monitoring tools allow proactive fibre diagnostics, while VLANs, QoS, and IGMP snooping provide efficient traffic management.
With a wide -40 to 85°C operating temperature range and rugged design, the PT-7528-12MSC-12TX-4GSFP-HV excels in harsh environments such as substations, rail signalling, and energy distribution. In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.

The requirement of the project was to help design and integrate a computer and touchscreen LCD display solution for use in a car showroom kiosk environment, to help our client provide a more modern and interactive customer showroom experience, and to reduce financial overheads.
