The Moxa PT-7528-20MSC-4TX-4GSFP-WV-WV is a dual DC power input managed Ethernet switch engineered for IEC 61850-3 substations and high-reliability industrial applications. It combines 4 Fast Ethernet copper ports with 20 multi-mode SC fibre ports and 4 Gigabit SFP uplinks, offering a scalable backbone design optimised for fibre-rich environments.
Fully compliant with IEC 61850-3 and IEEE 1613, the PT-7528 withstands EMI and harsh environmental interference. Noise Guard technology eliminates packet loss, while the MMS server provides IEC 61850-90-4 data modelling for seamless integration with substation SCADA systems.
High availability is delivered through Turbo Ring and Turbo Chain redundancy (<20 ms recovery), as well as STP, RSTP, and MSTP support. Fibre Check delivers real-time diagnostics of fibre health, ensuring reliability and reducing unexpected outages. Advanced Layer 2 features include VLANs, quality of service, IGMP snooping, and trunking.
Security is robust, with support for IEEE 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, HTTPS, and SSH. Network administrators benefit from SNMPv3, RMON, and Syslog, providing centralised visibility and control.
With dual 24/48 VDC redundant inputs and a wide -40 to 85°C operating range, the PT-7528-20MSC-4TX-4GSFP-WV-WV is designed for mission-critical deployments in substations, energy grids, and transportation networks.

RMA
In order to process returned goods, Impulse Embedded Limited uses an internal RMA system. Before returning goods for any reason, please contact Impulse Embedded Limited (returns@impulse-embedded.co.uk) to request an RMA number. Please confirm the reason for the return of the goods, providing the Serial Number, Product Code, and Impulse Embedded Limited Invoice Number (if known).
When returning goods, please ensure they are suitably packed so as to avoid damage, are in the original packaging, along with all accessories, with the outer packaging marked with the RMA number. It is recommended that you use a signed delivery service, as goods lost in transit are not the responsibility of Impulse Embedded Limited.
Please do not write the RMA number on the goods or on the original packaging. Impulse Embedded Limited may refuse returned goods and return them if they arrive without an RMA number, or not in the original packaging.
